Paris Hilton began her three week long jail sentence for driving without a license yesterday. Another violent repeat offender off the streets! The streets of California are now safe against people driving with expired driver's licenses.

I really hate that this story is getting news coverage, but Drudge put up some interesting info that really gave me an extra hop in my step today. Evidently, the jail where Paris is headed is full of inmates with staph infections! That's hot.

In other news, we're on the brink of war with Iran and maybe Russia, a US Senator died yesterday, and the VP's former Chief of Staff was sentenced to prison for leaking a covert CIA agent's name.
